An Operations Analyst at The Future Society, Nicoleta operates at the intersection of emerging technology, global governance, and social impact. With over four years of experience across international NGOs and multilateral institutions, she specializes in bridging the gap between high-level tech policy and operational excellence. Most recently, at the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), Nicoleta led systems optimization initiatives and provided strategic guidance on partnerships, organization-wide operations and AI policies, ensuring that digital transformation served to strengthen the refugee rights ecosystem.

Nicoleta holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame and double Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & European Studies from the American University in Bulgaria. Her career is defined by a versatile skillset in project management and global operations, having supported multi-million euro projects for the Cybercrime Office of the Council of Europe and conducted pivotal research on innovation for the National League of Cities, and digital human rights for USAID.
