Felicity Reddel

Felicity has a background in artificial intelligence and policy analysis. Currently, her work focuses on the EU AI Act.

Felicity steered her academic training to prepare her for AI governance. She completed her Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Artificial Intelligence and joined Adobe’s headquarters in San Jose for a deep-learning research internship. Having gained a technical understanding of AI, Felicity earned a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Engineering and Policy Analysis in order to learn more about the policy side of things. During this degree, she did an internship with the Dutch Ministry of Interior.

Felicity is fascinated by complex societal challenges that impact society and span across conventional disciplines. She is a native German speaker, fluent in English, and steadily aiming to improve her Mandarin, French, and Dutch.
