Chelsey is a Special Assistant at The Future Society, supporting the Executive Office. She previously worked at TFS in 2022 and rejoined TFS in January 2025. She has a background in non-profit operations, grant management and fundraising and she has previously worked at philanthropic organisations including Founders Pledge and Effective Giving, helping the organisations grow and create meaningful impact.

She has a BSc in Political Science from the University of Bristol. She is based in Portugal.
