Nicolas is a Franco-American engineer currently living in Boston and specialized in computational social science, applied statistical modeling, and information systems. He is passionate about the use of analytics and digital platforms to improve political decision-making and collective governance.
Nicolas has prior professional experience in academic research, where he studied the use of data science and artificial intelligence for policy evaluation and evidence-based practice. He has also supported the French Ministry of the Environment with their digital transformation, and worked in political campaign analytics.
Nicolas is a graduate student in Technology & Policy at the MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society. His research examines how social media data can be used to source knowledge and inform policy. He also holds a degree in Civil Engineering from l’Ecole des Mines de Paris, with a specialization in Mathematics and Statistics.
