AI Policy Researcher
Dora is an economist interested in questions around global development, equitable growth and what it means to be human in an age of technological disruption. She draws on her prior experience in both private and public sector to advance issues surrounding technology and public interest. She previously worked as a management consultant in New York to advise Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients on their AI and analytics transformation journey. She also worked in India to apply precision technology to agriculture, and most recently, with a multilateral development bank on adopting emerging technologies to advance development in Asia.
Dora is pursuing her Masters in Public Administration in International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School. She also holds a B.A in Economics from Cornell University with a minor in Information Science. She hails from Singapore and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
