Caroline conducts AI policy research focused on geopolitics, diplomacy and cybersecurity and safety for Artificial Intelligence. She has extensive experience in political coordination and negotiation across multi-stakeholder, global actors in science and technology management. She was a Youth Delegate to the United Nations for two years with the French delegation, advocating for the rights of future generations. Caroline has a dual-master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and Peking University, and a bachelor’s degree in political sciences from Sciences Po Paris. Her Master’s thesis on Chinese diplomacy in climate negotiations won the first prize of the School of International Studies at Peking University. She also studied at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Caroline speaks English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
