Bruno is an economist and graduate of the University of Sao Paulo. He currently manages healthcare and AI-related projects at In.lab, the artificial intelligence lab of Hospital das Clinicas da Universidade de Sao Paulo, the largest public hospital in Latin America. Bruno also investigates how the government procures and manages artificial intelligence services, alongside partners such as the Center for the 4th Industrial Revolution and Transparência Brasil. Formerly, he led data-related projects at Instituto Tellus, one of Brazil’s largest NGOs dedicated to government innovation in a variety of areas, such as education and healthcare, and has been involved with research on disruptive technology at Envisioning, and worked for a variety of international companies and organizations such as The World Government Summit and Armassuise. He is also a proud Co-Founder of zero42, a Brazilian NGO dedicated to broadening the discussions about the social impact of artificial intelligence.
