Aishwarya is a Programme Manager (TechLaw Policy) with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s Rule of Law Programme Asia, where she is the lead researcher tracking digital policy developments in Asia. One of her core research interest at the foundation is to look at the intersection of law, technology and society. She is a lawyer by training and practiced as a corporate lawyer in India. Prior to joining KAS, she worked with the Law Society of Singapore on law reform matters and use of technology in the legal sector. She holds an LLM in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the Faculty of Law in the National University of Singapore. She also holds an MSc in International Relations from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore where she was a Lee Foundation Scholar. She speaks English, Tamil and Hindi.
