The Future Society taught AI in Finance, an executive education course at Mashreq Bank in the United Arab Emirates. This course focused on use cases of AI in the financial sector and their accompanying opportunities and risks (e.g. bias and impact on fairness, cybersecurity, job losses). Students participated in group discussions and simulations that equipped them to analyze the trade-offs and complexities in harnessing AI innovation in their organizations. It also prepared them with skills in adaptive leadership and change management to support successful and ethical AI adoption.
